listFoldersLists the mailbox folder tree with unread/total counts. Use when the user references a custom folder ('check my Invoices folder') — pass the returned folder id to listEmails/moveEmail.
getAttachmentsLists the attachments on a message (name, type, size). Does NOT download binary content — report the names/sizes to the user instead.
sendEmailSends a new email from the connected mailbox. RULES: • Confirm recipients and content with the user before sending anything they did not explicitly dictate. • bodyType 'html' allows formatting (<b>, <p>, lists); 'text' sends plain text. • The message lands in the user's Sent Items.
replyEmailReplies to an existing email (keeps the thread). Use replyAll=true to include everyone on the original message. Confirm the reply text with the user before sending unless they dictated it.
createDraftCreates a draft email WITHOUT sending it. The user reviews and sends from Outlook themselves. Prefer this over sendEmail when the user says 'draft', 'prepare', or hasn't confirmed sending.
moveEmailMoves a message to another folder. Destination can be a well-known name (inbox, archive, deleteditems, junkemail) or a folder id from listFolders.
markEmailMarks a message read or unread, and/or flags it for follow-up.
getProfileReturns the connected mailbox owner's profile (name, email). Use to confirm which account is connected before sending on the user's behalf.
