configSNOMED_BACKEND— The server supports two backends, controlled by the environment variable:

configSNOWSTORM_LOCAL_URL— Local Snowstorm local http://localhost:8080/fhir

configFHIR_REMOTE_URL— Remote FHIR server remote (default) https://r4.ontoserver.csiro.au/fhir

configSNOMED_DOMAINS— By default all 19 SNOMED CT top-level hierarchies are searchable. Use to restrict which domains are exposed in the tool schema:
